Do I need a 4WD vehicle?
You won’t need a 4WD to reach the cabin under normal (non-snowy) conditions. That said, if you plan to explore the area more extensively, I do recommend having a 4WD just for peace of mind—some of the roads around here can be quite steep.
What’s the property address?
For guest privacy and security, the exact address and detailed check-in instructions will be provided 2 days prior to your arrival. Feel free to reach out if you’d like to know how far the cabin is from a specific attraction or location you’re planning to visit.
What is the cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy allows guests to cancel their reservation up to 14 days before arrival for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior will incur a fee. Please refer to our website for detailed terms and conditions.
Are pets allowed at the property?
We love pets, but unfortunately, Black Bear Tower is a pet-free property to ensure the comfort of all guests. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to explore nearby pet-friendly accommodations if needed.
How many guests can stay?
Our cabin comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests total. It features 3 private king suites and 2 sleeper sofas.
Please note: 10 guests is the maximum occupancy to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone.
Any essentials or supplies included?
For your convenience, a starter supply of essentials (including paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and hand soap) is provided. Please note that this is a basic starter pack, and you may need to bring or purchase additional items depending on the length of your stay and the number of guests. Linens and towels are also provided.
